The SAKFF

The South Africa Kung-Fu Federation (SAKFF) is an organisation dedicated to sharing our ideas and interpretations of Chinese Kung-Fu, Chi-Kung, Body Dynamics & Escrima Concepts.

We offer our syllabus and training methods to all people willing to learn in a friendly environment. We are as serious about our training as we are about enjoying it!

The SAKFF is a member of the UK Kung-Fu Federation (UKKFF), which is headed by Lee Paul Heron, who is a member of the World Martial Arts Alliance, headed by Master Steve Tappin (Escrima Concepts, UK), Master Benno Westra (UCT VingTsun, Holland) & Dai-Sifu Allen Jensen (WingTsun Scandanivia).

What we teach

Our primary martial art is the Federation Wing Tsun System developed by Sifu Lee Paul Heron. It is our own unique interpretation of the traditional Chinese system developed from the teachings of Great-Grandmaster Yip Man.

This unique interpretation of Wing Chun Kung-Fu is far more effective than traditional, more static versions due to the application of correct weapons concepts & fighting strategy right from the start.

Now thanks to our constant research & development, more & more students are rediscovering the fantastic potential and easy learnability of this logical art. To find out why our approach is gaining support
