Our general classes are held at the HQ and run between the hours stated below. We offer private sessions on appointment basis and seminars focusing on particular elements of our system. Notifications are made via our newsletter and our web page.

Please note one exception. On certain Fridays & Saturdays, we run pre-arranged classes off-site to include our environmental fitness programmes (mountain & beach training!). Please contact us for further info.
